Ravensword: Shadowlands iOS FAQ

Ravensword: Shadowlands does not support iPod 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, or lower.

The game crashes when trying to go back into North Aven
- Please abandon all side quests in the quest log until the next update – it should be submitted soon.
The game does not work on my iPod 4, iPad 1, or 3GS
- The game does not support these devices, as stated in the app’s description. This is because they have only 256 mb of ram.

Last Knight iOS FAQ

The game keeps crashing on my iPhone 4s on startup.
- Please turn your device completely off and then start the game again. (Hold the Power button and the Home button at the same time til it turns off.) The ram usage has been improved in the 1.0.5 but you still need to be careful not to have lots of other apps running in the background. If you should still have issues please contact me.

The game does not start on my iPad1, iPod 4 Touch or 3gs.
- Those devices are not supported currently! Please always read the description if your device is supported. Its also stated in the screenshots. The supported devices mentioned on the side never represent the actual supported devices of the game since we as the developers are not able to change it. That list are only the devices that are supported by the iOS version. But you should be able to get a refund from apple, just let them know that those supported devices list on the side was misleading.
